those who are unable to attend services in a traditional church.
Chaplains can be found working in various places where people are in
need of religious support such as prisons, hospitals and colleges.
Chaplains also have a very strong presence in the military where they
offer spiritual support to soldiers serving their
country.The Chaplain is normally associated with the Christian faiths
but that is no longer the case. Chaplains can now be found in many
different faiths offering non denominational support. There are
Chaplains found in Judaism, Buddhism and many other faiths.Chaplains in
the military can be found on Navy ships and war zones. They often go out
into the field to offer spiritual support to soldiers who need
it.Chaplains who work in hospitals and hospice settings also offer
counseling for patients, their families and to the staff if they want or
