There are many different charismatic leadership theories. One of them is that you must be able to attract people. You must be able to get people to follow you in many different kinds of situations. The charasmatic leaders want you to think like them. They do not want you to think for yourself or on your own. It is best if you do not really look and follow the charismatic leaders because
