"The
christian blessing of children and babies is done at baptisms and
communion. In a baptism it usually begins with a welcoming of the
congregation and a telling of who is to be baptized. Generally followed
by an invocation. The minister/priest/pastor will then follow with the
blessing. Below is a sample blessing.May God's blessings rest upon you,

peace.andYou are connected, protected, loved, and blessed by the
Divine.All your senses are blessed, protected, and awakened.Your heart

blessed so that you may connect with the earth, be grounded, and stand
your ground in this world. Know that your spirit is strong and it will
guide you through this life. Know that you have angels to watch over
you and that you are never alone. Know that you are deeply loved and
that your presence brings overwhelming joy."
