Boy, 4, critically injured in fall from South Side building
A 4-year-old boy is in critical condition after falling from a building in Greater Grand Crossing Wednesday night, police said.The boy fell from the sixth floor window of a building in the 6500 block of South King Drive about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago Police Department spokesman.
The boy was taken to Comer Children's Hospital where he was listed in critical condition late Wednesday.
Police said the fall appears to be accidental and are investigating.
