Dart and Preckwinkle push legislation to have 'you' the taxpayer pay off student loan debt for all Psychiatrists working at the Cook County Jail.. Dart needs to bribe them to continue cooking the books purposefully misdiagnosing inmates as mentally ill for federal funding..
With a shortage of mental health professionals on staff at Cook County Jail, county officials are trying to attract psychiatrists by increasing pay and pushing legislation that would allow a significant part of their hefty student loans to be forgiven.
In ongoing union negotiations, the county has proposed raising the pay for a psychiatrist to $230,000 from $190,000.. Do Public employees earning $230,000 a year really need tax-payers to pay off their debt too??? Only in Cook County!!!
