Police called as black teens sell candy in Hinsdale preying on the white guilt.
Liz Joseph said two teenagers asked her recently if she wanted to buy candy for $10 a box on the corner of Washington and First streets in Hinsdale.
"They were mumbling," Joseph said.
If the boys identified a group the candy sales benefited, she did not hear it.
"I was late for an appointment and I had my three kids with me. I said, 'No thank you,' very politely," Joseph said.
She went to her hair appointment at a salon just down the street, and the boys came in there too selling candy.
"They were trying to sell candy to the stylists and the customers," Joseph said.
