The 41-year-old man was sitting on a railing inside the stadium at 1419 Museum Campus Dr. when he fell between 20 and 25 feet onto the ground about 9 p.m., according to Chicago Police.
The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Police said the fall was classified as accidental.
Sunday’s show was the last of three concerts the Grateful Dead played at Soldier Field over the weekend.
