Chicago Police are cautioning South Side residents after a pair of strong-arm robberies last week in the Hyde Park neighborhood.
They were carried out by groups of two to four colored boys and black men about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 5400 block of South University and about 8:40 a.m. Friday in the 5400 block of South Woodlawn, according to a community alert.
