Although this case did NOT happen in Cook County....
Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart and Illinois Senator Bill "Free the Negroes" Cunningham keep pushing to let these criminals out as early as possible so they can keep on victimizing innocent people.
La Crosse WISCONSIN - A La Crosse man sentenced last month to probation in a child sex assault case faces new charges alleging he and his brother gang raped a 14-year-old girl at gunpoint.
According to a criminal complaint, the girl told police she had known Jeremy Wrencher for several years and on Aug. 23 went to his 333 S. Seventh St. residence to smoke pot. She told police they were drinking together in a bedroom when Wrencher, 20, began fondling her and had sex with her despite her protests.
The girl said as she was about to leave, Jonathan Wrencher walked in, pushed her to the ground and told Jeremy to get a gun. According to the complaint, they dragged her into the living room where Jeremy Wrencher put the gun to her head and had sex with her as his 28-year-old brother forced her to perform oral sex.
Jeremy Wrencher was charged Thursday in La Crosse County Circuit Court with first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 16 by use of force, a charge that carries a mandatory 25-year prison sentence.
Jonathan Wrencher has not been charged.
Jeremy Wrencher was charged in September 2015 with sexual assault of a child under 16.
According to a complaint in that case, he had sex numerous times with a 15-year-old high school student. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 2 to a reduced fourth-degree sexual assault charge and was sentenced to a year of probation and ordered not to have contact with girls between the ages of 10 and 18.
Earlier last year Wrencher was charged with burglary after he entered an ex-girlfriend’s home and took several items. He eventually pleaded guilty to reduced charges and was sentenced to nine months in jail.
