PILSEN — A new video shows a man opening fire on a passing car in Pilsen moments before realizing he was actually shooting at someone he knew.

The surveillance video, taken near West 19th and South Allport streets early Saturday, according to the poster, was uploaded to YouTube and Reddit. In the one-minute video, a man can be seen pointing a gun at a passing vehicle, firing twice.
