Verification is still being researched, but according to the US Herald and The Boston Tribune, Michelle Obama’s mother will receive a lifetime $160k government pension. Please remind me, how long did Marian Robinson work for the government? And, in what capacity? Dubbed the “First Grandma,” the 79-year-old grandmother is supposed to get that $160k pension for…get this, taking care of her own grandchildren.
Except, Malia is attending college next year and Sascha isn’t too far behind. So, who exactly is she going to be taking care of? Apparently, the Obamas aren’t aware that America has a debt of 20 trillion and counting? This taxpayer fraud was uncovered through the “Freedom of Information Act.” In addition, the pension scam was listed for “services rendered as full-time/in-home caregiver” to take care of her granddaughters. I didn’t realize grandparents were paid to do that?
Most grandparents I know happily watch their grandchildren for free! People who receive pensions usually work for 25 years or more to earn it. They worked for it. What did Michelle Obama’s mother do? Babysit? Where is she officially retiring from? Some media outlets say this isn’t true, but which ones can you trust? With reports of the media and the DNC colluding, can you trust the media?
The Freedom of Information Act allows most anyone to request government records from all 15 federal departments and 73 federal agencies. Also, agencies must comply. Although, it does not apply to the President, the courts, Congress or state and city governments. There are exemptions that allow the government to withhold information. Here they are:
- materials properly classified by the Executive Branch as secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy
records solely concerning an agency’s internal personnel rules and practices
information made confidential by other statutes
privileged or confidential trade secrets and commercial and financial information obtained from an individual
intra- or interagency memos or letters, with some exceptions
personnel and medical files of an individual if disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of privacy
records compiled by law enforcement if disclosure would interfere with enforcement proceedings, interfere with a person’s right to a fair trial, invade a person’s personal privacy, compromise the identity of a confidential source, disclose investigative techniques, or endanger a person’s life or safety
information contained in reports prepared by or for an agency in charge of regulating or supervising financial institutions, and
specific information about oil or gas wells.
