Rodney Pierre, 50, of Queens pleasured himself on a 41-year-old woman's pants leg as she rode the No. 4 train at Kingsbridge Rd. and Jerome Ave. in Fordham Manor at about 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 6, police said.
The woman gave her pants to police, and the Medical Examiner's office tested it for DNA.
Pierre, who earned a spot on the state's sex offender registry for a similar crime in 1992, submitted a sample to authorities, and the test showed a match, officials said.
