"She could drive all day long if you gave her enough gas money," Athie Ramos said, chuckling.
An employee working at a Gary food market found Koreena Ramos and her boyfriend, Zantrell Collins, both 18, unresponsive Oct. 13 in her silver Chevrolet outside Family Food Discount on 49th Avenue. The Lake County coroner's office ruled the two deaths homicides and said each had suffered gunshot wounds.
Just over a week later, Gary police found 25-year-old Devita Scott and 27-year-old Christopher J. Clark shot to in a car late Oct. 21 in the 2000 block of Industrial Boulevard.
