Hotel CCTV appears to show a 'poltergeist' throw a woman to the floor before hurling a table across the room.

The eerie video, believed to have been filmed in Malaysia, shows a woman sat alone in what looks like a canteen or restaurant.

She is calmly scrolling through her phone when something suddenly shocks her.
