Motion for New Trial for Thomas Thompson Scheduled   On February 14, 2015, two Chicago Police Officers were beaten and on the verge of being shot by offender Thomas Thompson who stole one of their guns outside Walgreens at 5440 N. Clark St. in Chicago.   The Motion for New Trial will be heard on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 0930 hours at the courthouse on 26th and California in room 704 before Judge Claps.    If you are available please stop in.  The Officers and their families could use the support.
