Off Duty CPD refused entry
Regretfully, Senator Durbin got legislation through the Illinois House that allows the owners of private property to refuse entry to anyone who is lawfully armed. I hope they never need the Police.
My CPD daughter and my CPD son-in-law (Saturday was his Birthday) (both off duty) were wand searched at the Chicago's Briar Street Theatre, 3133 North Halsted Street (Blue Mann Group) and turned away and refused entry because they were both armed?
They were refunded their ticket prices.

City Sticker enforcement
The City of Chicago has contracted with a firm by the name of PARCO to enforce city stickers.
On January 1st, at 11:30 A.M., my neighbor received a citation for a city sticker that expired at midnight on December 31st.
Take appropriate action to avoid being a victim of the Rahm.
