Characteristics of Faith

The characteristics of faith are pretty simple to have if you understand how faith works. First of all faith comes by hearing the word of God. It does not come by having heard but by hearing the word of God continually every day. As we speak and meditate on God's word we begin to build up our faith. For instance if we want to build our faith up with regards to believing God for our healing we

would find scriptures in the bible that speak about how God healed people. We should also remember that Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever which means what he did in the past he is still doing today. A characteristic of faith would be when a person that is feeling sick begins to speak the word about healing out loud over and over. A great scripture to speak over and over again would be By His (Meaning Jesus) Stripes(meaning the stripes that He took on his back) I am healed.
