WESTLAKE, Ohio -- Two people are facing charges after a Westlake officer found them naked in a car with a slice of pizza, an open can of beer & a 24 inch anal intruder vibrator.
An employee at a Bassett Road business called police at 12:22 a.m. Saturday after seeing the pair standing naked outside the car. An officer stopped the car a short time later on Crocker Road, police said.
The driver, 24-year-old Alexandria Mauer of Bay Village, is charged with suspicion of drunken driving. She refused a breath test at the Westlake Police Department.
The passenger, 33-year-old Kenneth Gillespie of Cleveland, is charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated, an open container violation and public indecency.
The Westlake officer stopped the car and found Mauer in the driver's seat with a slice of pizza. Gillespie was in the passenger seat with an open beer can between his feet, police said.
The officer determined the two were drunk and ordered them to dress before taking them into custody, according to a police report. Gillespie urinated in the backseat of the police car on the way to the police station.
Mauer was released to a relative but was arrested a second time after an officer found her wandering at 3:05 a.m. on Bradley Road. Mauer, who partially dressed at the time, argued with her relative after leaving the police station and got out of the relative's car, police said.
Mauer was arrested a second time and charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Gillespie was released at 9:10 a.m. He was given an old pair of jail uniform pants and jail shoes to wear home.
