A person was shot by Chicago Police Sunday morning in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.
It happened about 10 a.m. in the 300 block of West 59th Place, according to CPD spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.
The person was shot in the “lower extremities,” Guglielmi said. No officers were hurt.
