biggest Hispanic gang is called the Latin Kings and they have 1 leader.
The gang is made up of Hispanics and whites. There are 3 different
levels within the gang; the Inca, Royal Crowns and Cacique. The Latin
Kings originated in Chicago and their mother chapter is located there
also. A crown is one of the symbols of a Latin King. For more
